For twenty-five years, CC Salon & Spa has been in the business of providing top-notch personal care services to a loyal client base that has grown remarkably through referrals over the years. Now located at Crossings Village in Westlake, Ohio, off Detroit Road across from The Promenade, CC Salon & Spa has grown to offer an all-encompassing menu of hair, nail, skin care and body rejuvenation services and products. CC owner, Shelly Mongello, attributes their staying power to determination, entrepreneurial drive and artistic vision. She also credits her success to the experience and longevity of her staff, the salon’s emphasis on integrity and flexibility, and their fervent commitment to client service. “Our mission is for the CC experience to always be about our customers, so that together, we continue to evolve.”

I have been a stylist at CC Salon for nearly 25 years. In that time, I’ve developed relationships with my clients that go beyond simply styling their hair. I believe it’s important to understand the needs and lifestyle of a person in order to give them a great feeling about their hair. Communication and a fun and energetic staff and a real sense of caring are what make our CC Salon family unique.

I became a stylist because I truly have passion for hair. I love to see transformations on people and seeing them smile!

Areas of expertise: Hair Colorist. I love hair color! Balayage, Ombre, and corrective coloring. Adding hair color to a haircut can turn the ordinary into extraordinary! I also love doing women’s short hair design and men’s cuts.

As I was growing up, I spent time in a salon where my Mom worked as a general manager, and it was there that my passion for hair styling began. I was 6 years old and knew there was something special about being in a salon. I love doing color, multi dimensional color and hair design. I also specialize in Hair Extensions and longer length hair. Not only am I a hair stylist, I am a therapist to my clients, a friend in need and a shoulder to cry on. I LOVE IT!
